It all started on a chilly, dreary day at the Coronado Center in Hot Springs Village, AR, a group of ladies began and almost completed some really wonderful roses to the point you could almost smell them. (March 13 & 14, 2017....9AM to Noon) They really had to work hard and they did because 6 hours is not a long time at all to complete a painting. Take a look at the slide show below. Thanks to Maureen for sending me her pictures too. A big thanks to National Park Communtiy College (Continuing Education) and the Coronado Center for co-sponsoring the two day workshop and thanks for those taking the class. Enjoyed watching you all blossom and bloom!

Not the Marathon but it felt like it. Six students kept me "running" for two days (March 4 & 5, 2017) at the Arkansas Arts Center in Little Rock, AR eager to learn all they could about Polymer Clay. They conditioned, color mixed, textured, shaped, and made lots of wonderful pieces. Of course I forgot to take a picture of all their finished pieces but I did take pictures of the group working diligently. Take a look below.....what a good time I had. Thanks for taking the "Polymer Clay a True Art Form Workshop", and thanks to Arkansas Arts Center for sponsoring. |
