Well I lived through this week and had a ball. I taught Beginner Wire Jewelry at the Coronado Center in Hot Springs Village, AR which was a double sponsored workshop for me to teach for the first time. The Coronado Center and National Park Community College Continuing Education were the sponsors. I failed to put a limit on the class, lesson learned the hard way. There were 31 students, panic set in but fortunately they agreed to split the class. I taught one in the morning and one in the afternoon for three days in a row. What a great time to be with such energetic people getting excited over beads, and making loops and hammering wire. Here is a view of a classroom (above) before the students arrive. Thanks so much to everyone who took the workshop. Here is a glimpse of some of their activity .

A week long workshop I taught at the Eureka Springs School of the Arts A whole week of getting to teach, photograph and paint in watercolor shiny objects like glass with wonderful reflections. Here are some pictures of my demonstrations with a few progression pictures. I have been wanting to paint marbles for quite a while. Almost completed one....... Now the good part, teaching and watching students learn, create, photograph and experiment and learn to love watercolor. They were such a laid back fun group to be with. Such a relaxing time. Here is just a little slide show of the week, enjoy!
